其實以前我大腿後面有橘皮組織(三年前洗澡前發現),但自從開始每天用剪肥圈後,完全不見了!
即使變胖四公斤,但我叫媽咪把這千萬重要的剪肥圈寄來英國,每天狂做150下,
大腿還是非常的結實!

我一開始是做70下,進化成100下再到150下,
剛開始會不習慣所以腿會痛是正常的,你可以看自己的身體調整次數,循序漸進不用急!

剪肥圈我只拿來做過瘦大腿,而且超級有用!
缺點是有點貴,我本來想自己買,網路價大約800元(たけー)
幸好大王他們家有而且沒再用,我才省了這筆錢~
另外我也有做過側邊抬大腿的運動,但效果不及這個的好,

穿著瘦腿襪睡覺
事實上這個方式我並不鼓舞大家跟著我做,可能對某些人來講容易造成血液不循環。
我只會在某些時候(例如腳很痠,一整天長跑)才會穿著瘦腿襪睡覺。
有些會說明可以穿著睡覺,像我就有買過一雙是可以穿著睡覺消耗熱量的(不知真假的)
但穿著瘦腿襪一段時間腿會比較消水腫,也會比較細我覺得。

熱愛穿高跟鞋的我,為了不讓小腿長出像毒肉瘤般的肌肉,
我不敢穿我每天抬腿啦,但差不多一個禮拜會一兩次,一次20分鐘!
有效促進血液循環,消除水腫,
抬完之後再穿上瘦腿襪睡覺,就是我基本的小腿保養方式囉
